August 29th-September 3rd - Start date for teachers and interns is still being negotiated so, keep watch on this page for an update. . Have a short introduction letter ready to go home with students so that parents will know who you are and what your doing in their child's classroom. Art interns
will submit there letter for inclusion in the school newsletter. I'll meet with each school's interns individually during this week.

October 7th 7:30 a.m. Winchell and Prairie Ridge Interns meet at Winchell - Heather Misner, assistant principal for Prairie Ridge and Winchell will discuss classroom/student management issues.
Assignment due: One lesson plan with a focus on the anticipatory activity - ITIP format recommended.
October 13th (Wednesday) Career Development session by Deveta Gardner. 3 p.m. at WMU's Fetzer Center

December 13th - All projects due today ... Impact on Student Learning, iWebfolio, Idea Box, Video Critique, Teacher survey, resume, Final self-reflective and mentor evaluations. I'll visit Prairie Ridge in the morning and Winchell during the afternoon to collect projects that have not been turned in previous to today.
